What to do after installing 1.5.0

Hi.
I noticed that there were no upgrade instructions in the announcement of 
1.5.0.
If I have 1.4.4, and a lot of stuff in the ~/.lyx  configuration directory, is 
there any thing special I should do after upgrading?
