Hard to tell from here. Having done all this (and sudo texhash), does it work? If not, go to CTAN, find the aip.bst file, and download it directly to your hard drive. (To do this, <Control>-click the link, and select "Save link as ...", entering "aip.bst" as the file name.) Put that in ~/Library/texmf/bibtex/bst, run sudo texhash, and see if it works.
