It is a newsgroup. Just point your news reader (e.g., Thunderbird) at comp.text.tex, and post your question. But try my suggestion first: put the pagestyle command *after* your \chapter like command (\chapter, \chapter*, \section, \section*, or whatever, which starts your bibliography.) hth, Alan Isaac
