I've just converted two long articles (footnotes, bibliography in jurabib) in LyX in odt -> Word using tex4ht. It went well except a table that was not converted and that I retyped. There is a small problem with superscripts in footnotes. I've also discovered that OpenWriter cannot search and replace normal spaces by unbreakable spaces. I would recommend tex4ht (oolatex) if you have footnotes and a BibTeX bibliography. Cheers, Charles
