Windows.
What is the license?
Some sort of opensource.
Why Windows only?
It was originally based on the Poppler .pdf-viewing library which
made it a sort of port / equivalent to the xpdf viewer.
Newer versions use mupdf (w/ an option to revert to Poppler).
