It's nice to finally have an up-to-date light-weight .pdf viewer for Windows.

What is the license?

Some sort of opensource.

Why Windows only?

It was originally based on the Poppler .pdf-viewing library which made it a sort of port / equivalent to the xpdf viewer.

Newer versions use mupdf (w/ an option to revert to Poppler).
