I see the bug in that case. I looks like the \annote field is too
long for LyX to parse correctly. A workaround is to put the \annote
field at the end of the BibTeX citation, and then things work
properly. But this is a bug that should be fixed. (It is also present
in 1.5.0svn.) Please file a bug report.
