In general small caps in italic -- or, more precisely, sloped small caps -- are hard to produce because very few type designers ever made them. They are not regarded as a typical part of a typeface family. Robert Slimbach's Minion (Adobe) is one modern exception, along with Martin Majoor's Scala.
