From what I can see, the answer is no. It is a family of printers, not just
one printer. Sometimes HP uses the lower end product of a family, strips it down (even further) and sells it as a "regional designed" product for latin america or africa or any other poor country. Maybe that's the case for your C3100. Try the C3110 drivers.
