Hi Enrico. I wanted to try out your file, but it doesn't even compile
on my installation. The error:
blah \foreignlanguage{english}{blah}
The control sequence at the end of the top line
of your error message was never \def'ed. If you have
misspelled it (e.g., `\hobx'), type `I' and the correct
spelling (e.g., `I\hbox'). Otherwise just continue,
and I'll forget about whatever was undefined.
Perhaps you're using a newer version of LyX? I'm a humble user on 1.4.3
