Hi all,

I have three diagrams closely declared within floats that have labels. Figures
3.2 and 3.3 show on page 24, with figure 3.5 showing on page 25. All 3 are
Ref+Text type. Here is the text shown on page 23:

"Figures 3.2 on the next page, figure 3.3 on the following page, and 3.4 on
page 25 demonstrate ..."

Why is 3.2 on the *next* page, with 3.3 on the *following* page? They're both
on the same page, so to me the use of these two different adjectives is
misleading. My strong belief is that when writing technical content, clarity
should trump "interestingness" every time. I understand that having five
things on the "next" page, or five things on the "following" page, sounds
redundent and boring, but I'd prefer redundent and boring to confusing.

Is there any way to have the Ref+Text references use the same words for the
same page, or must I resort to two different references, one for figure
number and one for page? I do like the fact that Ref+Text identifies "facing"
pages.

Thanks

SteveT
