Where did you set that scale rate? In the graphics dialog, there's a "scale" widget that only scales the size in the LyX window. The output scale ratio has to be set in the Output->Width widget, with the combo set to "Scale%" (yes, this is bad design, and it'll change in 1.5). Jürgen
