Sure, I attached both the .lyx and the .fig files in the bug page.
Just download (e.g. in /tmp) the .lyx file as (e.g.) platypus.lyx, the .fig file
as (exactly) platypus.fig and check the path to clipart/platypus.eps in the 
.fig file
(did not attach this one, it *should* be in any LyX installation, 
/usr/share/lyx/clipart
with Debian, /usr/share/local/lyx/clipart here on Solaris).
