Dear Lyx Users, I have included the bibliography for my document using the bibliography fe ature from the format menu. I would like to know how to include this biblio graphy in my table of contents. I have seen an option of addign the bibliog raphy to the TOC when it is a bibtex file, but not when the bibliography is done like this.
