In fact, as LyX works fine, I don't look in the calling shell window, either at work or at home. Next session, I will try to check there when I'm finished. I will check if it is alike on Linux and on Solaris. Might be warnings turned on by default ? I install with ./configure && make &&make install on solaris and with apt-get install on Linux. -- Jean-Pierre
