I doubt that. The locale handling for the qt frontend has changed, I am 
pretty sure that that is the reason.

Yes. Can you please

- file a report at http://bugzilla.lyx.org
- attach a test document to it
- attach a screen shot of a wrong navigate menu entry
- attach a screen shot of the section in the main window (which has the 
correct font as far as I understand you)


Then it might be possible to look at the problem, othwerwise it is quite 
difficult.
