I tried htlatex filename and it did translate to HTML but it did not do the right thing with BibTex. I also looked at the options, specifically, http://www.tug.org/applications/tex4ht/mn3.html#QQ1-3-5 but I didn't see anything in there about BibTex.

What about htlatex filename with adequate options as specified in the manual? If this does not work, have a closer look at the messages you get. If you
