Anders/Paul, Now it's working here, too. I suspect there was some process running in the background that stopped LyX from fully loading the file for display. That's the only thing that makes sense. I tried it over a 45 minute span without success. Went to do other things and now -- 3.5 hours later -- there it is. Sigh. It's gonna' be one of those days, I guess. Thanks all, Rich -- Richard B.
