I know that lyx supports searching to an extent in math mode, both some things do not seem to work. For intance, if I have text in a formula (the equivalent of $some text$ in latex) then lyx doesn't appear to look inside the formulas for text. Is there any way of searching arbitrary text inside formulas? If not, what are the limitations and why?
