I think this installer is ready to go public or even become official. Would you add the link to lyx/wiki, for example, http://wiki.lyx.org/Windows/LyX136? It will be good if you can upload the installers to ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/1.3.7/ . Bo
