Hi Angus

The answer is to click on the text "approve site" or "approve url", which
will whitelist the site. This is a way to handle spammers. Anyway, someone
has already figured this out and clicked on the link, so they are
approved. For now no password is required. If we are spammed, we'll start
using a password for approving external links.

*Note* It can sometimes be confusing, and nothing happens when you click
on eg "approve site". In this case the problem is usually that link isn't
actually written on the current wiki page, but instead on some other wiki
page that is included... So if you do run into any problems, let me know
via one of the lyx lists.

regards
/Christian

PS. In case there is some wiki page with *lots* of links, there might be a
problem approving them, because the wiki then assumes this is spam. Just
let me know about any such occurences and I'll fix it.
