Has anybody found a way to get lyx working on a Debian testing system? It seems there is a bug that prevents one from just apt-getting it. See http://packages.qa.debian.org/l/lyx.html
and http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?which=src&data=lyx&archive=no&pend-exc=fixed&pend-exc=done&sev-inc=critical&sev-inc=grave&sev-inc=serious So is there a way to trick it into installing on a non ia64 machine like mine?
