This is a commercial font.
Purchase it from your favourite font vendor, then install the font
using fontinst (rename the files according to the Karl Berry scheme,
install fontinst, and work up a driver file calling the \latinfamily
macro w/ any desired options, refresh your filename database and you're
set).
