Do it within LyX using the Edit->Preferences dialog, Paths pane, PATH
prefix widget, adding
C:\PROGRA~1\Adobe\ACROBA~2.0\Reader
or
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader
Either should work. If you have more than one entry you'd like to add
to the PATH, separate them with semi-colons:
C:\path1;C:\path2;C:\path3
Alternatively, fire up notepad (say) and open C:\Documents and
Settings\USER\Application Data\LyX\preferences, adding the line
\path_prefix C:\PROGRA~1\Adobe\ACROBA~2.0\Reader
(Maybe with quotes; I'm not near my Windows box right now.)
