I want to have my paper double side printed, with an adequate binding margin on the left hand. side. I used the book class for my document, and then set it to two-sided document. However, it is funny that the output for the page have more margin on the right side instead of left side. But i want to bind it on the left! For example, open the userguide in help of lyx, this is the same output of double-sided document. On the TOC page, which should be have more left margin for binding, while it is not. I can understand why lyx put more margin on right side, not left. So they bind the book on the right?! I am really confused, need some advice.
