Subject: Author in lower right corner and no page num on first page

The standard format for the author typography is centered on the page. I need it to be left-aligned, but indented to the far right of the page and at the
bottom of the page.

Also I need page numbering to start on the second page (i.e. to skip the title
page).

Is there an easy way to do this? (or a hard one even:-) ?

Kind regards
Soren

For a page without a page number use

\thispagestyle{empty}

As for author in the bottom right. It is probably easiest to type the name in standard text and then right align the paragraph. You can place it where you like on the page using the spacing commands. I recommend

\vfill

That will put it right at the very bottom.

I enclose a rough idea of a .lyx file

Geoff
