i also think to convert it to wordprocessor format

i've been happy using LyX for a while,
but this error really get me into trouble..
maybe it something to do with the float on a section (4.4)
just right before the last chapter, ...
if i delete those float (graphics/table) then the errors gone...
but the document isn't finished without the floats. :(

What you are suffering from is "Too Many Unprocessed Floats".
Basically Latex complains if there are too many figures and not enough text.
It stacks all the 'floats' up that it can't place and stick them at the end
of a chapter (or whatever) but if there are too many it doesn't like just
putting pages of figures.
The solution is to put an ERT
\clearpage
after a few of the floats in section 4.4 (I put it after 6 floats and it
worked).
For more info just stick "too many unprocessed floats" into Google.
