Hi I am trying to add a background image to appear at the top of each page of the document - like a sort of masthead.
I have tried pagestyle fancy but it does not let me insert a graphic at the head of the page even though I can insert text. There is mention of the eso-pic.sty package but no documentation on how to use it to do this. Would appreciate any advice samar
