for a paper i am writing i need to mimic the layout of the title, authors, thanks and footnotes seen here:
http://www.biolreprod.org/cgi/content/abstract/73/2/261 i have been looking at the titling package, but i cannot see how to solve the problem. in particular this: one or more footnotes in superscript arabic numerals following the title referring to the footnote section. one or more superscript arabic numerals following each author referring to at least two affilations below the title - but also superscript arabic numeral footnotes in the author block referring to the footnote section! so if someone knows how to setup the following, i would dearly like to see an example!!!
