Bennett, this is just the executable. You'll need a bunch of support
stuff
too (layout files, lyx2lyx to go from format 243 back to 221).
If you grab the make_tex2lyx_dist.sh script from
http://wiki.lyx.org/uploads/LaTeX/tex2lyx then everything should be
done
automatically.
Fixed ... and the wiki updated.
