Whenever I open LyX 1.3.6 on Mac OS X Tiger I get the error:
Textclass error - The document uses a missing TeX class article LyX will not be able to produce output. Removing the LyX folder in Application Support temporarily removes the error but I still can't successfully execute any of the options i've tried from the View menu. How do I fix this? I'm not a Unix guy really so I haven't dug into solving this with Terminal. Thanks.
