I assume that you forgot to copy some .xpm files to LyX's images
directory. Follow Ekkehart's advice:
"Copy the included folder “images” into the directory “…\lyx\share\lyx”.
Confirm overwrite for several images."
Note that the directory was changed from "\lyx\share\lyx" to another one
(You'll find it by searching for the folder "images".)
