Hi Eugeny,
I have had good experiences with the following procedure:
1.) Export LyX file to HTML (my preferred application here is tth)
2.) Load HTML file into Safari (I am a Mac user ;-)
3.) Mark all and copy
4.) Paste into Word document. (Directly opening the HTML file in Word
does not work as well).
