I've just generated a pdf file using pdflatex that runs from page -8 to page 11. Is there a tool that I can use to remove pages -8 to 0 (inclusive) from the pdf file? Or is there a way of getting pdflatex to output only pages 1 to 11?
No, I don't want to hack my lyx file ;-) Angus
