As a lot of pdf files I collect for intranet publication are not well conformed w/r metainfo, I use pdfinfo script tu extract and pdfpages.sty to rewrite pdfinfo (all in a wrapper script, which more generally allows pdf binding, in the line of pdfnup. I'm surprised of your result: beamer e.g provides clean pdfinfo data. What is you \hypersetup command ? What does pdfinfo retrieve (could be an Acrobat 7 flaw ?) -- Jean-Pierre
