In order to retain the history, someone with administrative access to the wiki needs to do it. I'm guessing you want this so I simply copied the file so you know have both pages, i.e. this page exists now: http://wiki.lyx.org/LaTeX/FilesWithSpecialChars Just delete the old one (by replacing its contents with the string 'delete').
