I'm almost ready to send the document back to the publisher with the
complete index, copyeditor's corrections made and anonymous reviewer's
comments addressed. Since I'm submitting it in camera-ready format, I assume
that I need to tar (probably zip, actually) all the files in the most recent
/tmp/lyx_tmpdirXXX/lyx_tmpbufN and send those in.

They don't need the LaTeX (.tex) file, but the .eps, .dvi, .toc, .lof etc.
Is this correct? Or, have I missed something here.

Once I get this in to them tomorrow I want the printing schedule to be
theirs and I'll get back to my real life and wait for page proofs to arrive.

Thanks,

Rich
