Note that you should first click on the entry you want. I appears that the Apply button is missing from LyX/Qt 1.3.x. This is fixed in current development version. Basically, Apply is the same as OK, except that it keeps the dialog open, so that you can use it again (which is the case in the tutorial, when it is used twice in a row). Hope this helps. JMarc
