Hi alltogether,
I get no preview of eps figures (regardless if as a floating figure or not) in DVI although the eps is (but only sometimes) correctly shown as preview in lyx (but sometimes lyx crashes while trying to get the preview, that means on the console in win32 GS starts and that's it, no error but Lyx is irreversible crashed).

Some hints ?
As the eps preview is sometimes possible (e.g. if a pdf is also included as a figure) the eps seems to be correct,
and it can also be shown in ghostview alone (tha tmeans only the eps)
I tried it with including an pdf instead of an eps and then it is possible to get dvi but not every time a preview (??) _and_ not everytime a pdf (pdflatex).
I do not understand this irregular behavior besides the fact that eps preview works, but no dvi
