Dear Users; I have four appendices which I have created on individual .lyx files. All commence with the "start appendix here" command.
My thesis is built around a master document in which I use the Include function for each separate file. If I "include" the appendix files the TOC shows them all as Appendix A; I would like them labelled A....D of course - Can this be achieved? I would prefer to keep the bibliography at the end of the document. My Master file structure is: (all using Include apart from Bibliography) Intro Chapter 1 . . . Chapter n Appendix A ..
