If you are not using windows and don't need natbib-like citation styles (i.e. only jurabib's \cite command, not \citet and friends), it should just work by \usepackage{babel} \usepackage{jurabib} in preamble and by chosing a jura* style from inset->BibTeX reference. On Windows, jurabib needs "bibtex8 --huge", which is not yet directly supported by LyX. LyX 1.4 will have proper jurabib support, including cite styles, second optional argument and customizable bibtex call. Regards, Jürgen.
