I haven't heard about ggv, but gv has also antialiased text and also graphics (via ghostscript). You can enable it from menu. ghostview _doesn't_ have antialiasing. Then there's also mgv (motif ghostview) which has nice interface for those accustomed with Motif/Lesstif.
