You need to install the hollywood text class by putting the file
hollywood.cls somewhere where latex can find it and then run
'reconfigure'. The class file is located in
$SHARE/lyx/hollywood.cls
where $SHARE might be
/usr/local/share
but that depends on where you installed lyx.
