LyX version 1.4.3 use two functions of XForms (flimage_dup and flimage_to_pixmap) that does not exist in version 0.89 of XForms, which is currently installed on my system.
However, it seem impossible to get hold of a newer version of XForms (rumour says there's a version 1.0 somewhere); the download page of the XForms project page is empty.
