* How to add a 'hypertarget' and 'pdfbookmark' to the TOC

don't use it. it is unimportant for new users. Use instead two versions of the images (eps and pdf) and in the file without an extension. Then the user can run latex or pdflatex. There are only two images in the user guide.

I don't understand what you mean... my desire was to get 'Contents' to
appear as a bookmark in the PDF-version (which I did thanks to your example btw).

I do not need all the hyperref stuff, when I want to have a dvi file. When the two images are in eps _and_ pdf format, then I can run pdflatex or latex without installing tex2pdf or epstopdf ...

btw: there are some problems with the gmane lists, so I write it
again here: there is no sense to talk abaout a wrapped
figure. floatflt puts text around _everything_ ...

You mean it doesn't have to be a figure inside the 'floatflt' thingy, but that it could be a table or whatever?

sure, it could be text in text ... -> documentation ;-)
