You must run
bibtex APLmanuscript_Cabuz.tex
latex APLmanuscript_Cabuz.tex
latex APLmanuscript_Cabuz.tex
 (LyX does it for you)

You must first build the psfile
dvips -o APLmanuscript_Cabuz.ps APLmanuscript_Cabuz.dvi
or open directly with
xdvi APLmanuscript_Cabuz
