These are the results of kpsewhich for the .pro files:

ok.
I generated the .pdf file (File|Export|PDF) from boxNode.lyx and it shows exactly what is on http://www.pstricks.de/Nodes/nodes.phtml
ok, but only with the ps2pdf export and not with pdflatex.
Attached is the Lyx file.
With this file evrything is okay. So let's find the problem: Write into the "Layout->Document->Preamble" as first line
\listfiles
then run "View->PostScript" And now have a look into your logfile "View->LaTeX Logfile". At the end you should have a list of all files, like:

the best way is to send me the logfile, which is available in the temp dir, with Linux /tmp/lyx-....
