This is the dvi output. (author?) comes from ->input ->cite, where i chose one of my bibtex references. Normally there should be (Tanenbaum, 2003), which I've chosen in the dialog window of the cite.
i have the same problem, but so far i didn't bother to solve the problem - assuming that i didn't choose the right settings so far. i'd also be interested in a solution to this.
