I moved the Lyx file to the same folder, tried to convert the files to eps level 2, and also tried without using a tmp directory and it still doesn't work. I succeeded to pine it down to the path of the file: when I try to export the lyx file to pdf for example, in the tex file the picture is designed with an absolute path (C:/cygwin/home/Melanie/Event). This way, I cannot compile it with latex, but if I change the picture path to a relative path, it works.
But I still don't know what I am supposed to change so that it works directly from lyx !
