Ctrl-h m (or maybe Ctrl-h Ctrl-m, I have not had Emacs installed
on any computer for years) is a help for the current mode
describing all active keys. Moreover, you can certainly use
menus (M-x menu-mode ???; err, without question marks -- they
are there to describe my uncertainity with Emacs :-).
