I have a seemingly very simply question so apologies if I have missed the answer in the docs. I am using article (AMS) and when I try to put in Z^d ( d dimensional points in the integers) the d part doesn't show at all (in lyx or in the postscript). The latex seems to have $\mathbb{Z^{d}}$ which looks OK to me. So I assume I am using the wrong document class or something??
